Werner Herzog’s film "Even Dwarfs Started Small" will be presented at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 15, at West Virginia University at Parkersburg as part of its International Film Series.

The presentation will be in Room 1305 and is free and open to the public.  The film is a brutal, uncompromising allegory about the consequences of imprisonment, rebellion and violence.

An audience discussion about the nature of violence in society will be led by R.A. Oldaker, assistant professor in the Humanities Division, which is sponsoring the film series.
