College Open House Set for March

An open house will be held Tuesday, March 21, at West Virginia University at Parkersburg to offer area residents an opportunity to learn more about the programs available through the college.
The 6 to 8 p.m. open house will be held in the multi-purpose room. Faculty representatives will be available to provide information and answer questions regarding programs offered by the divisions of Business and Economics, Education, Health Sciences, Humanities, Natural Sciences and Mathematics, Social Sciences and Technology.
Information regarding the WVU Regents Bachelor of Arts degree for adult learners and WVU graduates programs will be featured as will the program offerings in the newly-opened Caperton Center for Applied Technology.
Representatives from the college’s Business, Industry and Development Services will provide information about programs in the areas of small business development, and management and real estate training.
Also, student services personnel will be available to answer questions by those interested in learning about financial aid, admission requirements, etc.
