WVU Parkersburg Students Part of Honor Choir

Four West Virginia University at Parkersburg students will be part of the West Virginia Collegiate Honor Choir at the West Virginia American Choral Directors Association conference this weekend in Charleston.

WVU Parkersburg participants include Drew Atkinson, Jessica Cain, Wesley Custer and Amy McFee. The students were prepared by Dr. H.G. Young III, WVU Parkersburg professor of music.

Conducting the honor choir will be Dr. Beverly Taylor, director of choral activities at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The ensemble will present a concert on Saturday (Feb. 24) at 2 p.m. at the Baptist Temple in Charleston.
