College Programs for High School Students

Student_in_classEDGE.  EDGE stands for Earn a Degree - Graduate Early.  It makes it possible for students to earn free community and technical college credit in West Virginia while still in high school.  EDGE courses generally consist of the skilled and entry pathway career technical classes offered in high schools, such as welding or early childhood development.

Early Admission.  Early Admission classes are college classes offered to select high school students either on the campus of WVU Parkersburg or at the student's high school.  Early Admission classes generally consist of general type courses, such as history or psychology.
