Wayne - Meador - Elliot S. Memorial Scholarship
Scholarships from this fund are provided to students who are who are graduating seniors from Ritchie County High School in Ellenboro, WV. Recipients are full-time students at WVU-Parkersburg who demonstrate financial need with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Preference is given, but not limited to students planning to major in education, education administration, music, geology or petroleum engineering. Other criteria include the ability to overcome obstacles, a strong work ethic, community service and leadership.
