The Thomas Harris Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in the early 1970's by Mrs. Thomas (Betty) Harris, a prominent Parkersburg philanthropist. Following Mrs. Harris' death in 1980, the fund was re-named the Thomas and Betty Harris Memorial Scholarship. This fund provides scholarships to full or part-time students. It is not restricted to any particular field of study and may be applied toward tuition, fees and books.
