This endowment created in memory of Ruth Melton by her daughter, Ragina Copeland, provides scholarship assistance to a WVU at Parkersburg student demonstrating academic and/or financial need. Preference is given to students who maintain a minimum 2.75 GPA to a maximum 3.5 GPA.
