This scholarship was established in March, 1990, through a bequest from the Ruth Hornbrook Estate. Miss Hornbrook was a member of the founding Board of Directors for the Humane Society. The scholarship assists students interested in pursuing a career in veterinary medicine. Funds may be applied toward tuition, books and supplies.
