This memorial was established by Dr. and Mrs. Richard Hamilton of St. Marys in 1984. It was created in honor of Dr. Hamilton's sister, Minnie B. Hamilton, a public health nurse in Calhoun County for over 30 years. Scholarships are awarded with preference given to nursing students from Calhoun County
