Mark Davis was a skilled welder whose life was shortened by an automobile accident.  This fund was begun by Ann Walker, his fiancée. Ms. Hammer and friends of Mark worked diligently over a number of years to establish this fund as a permanent legacy in his memory.  This fund provides scholarships for students in the WVU at Parkersburg welding program.
