The Louise and Frank Culina Memorial Scholarship was endowed by WVU at Parkersburg faculty member Cathy Mutz and her husband Michael in memory of her parents, Louise and Frank Culina. 

This fund is has been established to provide general assistance to students  with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrate financial need.
