The Parkersburg Area Community Foundation administers this fund on behalf of WVU-P students who reside in the Little Kanawha Region (Calhoun, Gilmer, Jackson, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Tyler, Wirt and Wood Counties in WV). Selection is based on academic achievement, character and enthusiasm toward a business field, with preference to students likely to return to or remain in the Little Kanawha area.
