This fund was begun in 1988 in memory of Jason Meyer, a former WVU at Parkersburg welding student. Endowment level was reached in 2000. The fund is dedicated to welding students with preference given to students who are graduates of John Marshall High School.  A minimum 2.5 GPA is required for this scholarship. ACT scores are not taken into consideration.
