The Frank R. Yoke, Jr. Memorial Scholarship was endowed by the WVU at Parkersburg Foundation Board of Directors in memory of long-time board member and friend of the college, Frank R. Yoke, Jr.  Mr. Yoke gave untiring leadership and service to the Board for more than twenty-five years. This fund is unrestricted. Its purpose is designated annually by the Board of Directors.
