This memorial scholarship was endowed in January 2002 through the generosity of  Debra’s husband, Dr. Michael McIntosh and the Law family.  Debra Law McIntosh was a graduate of the WVU Parkersburg nursing program and served as a nurse in the Parkersburg area. Scholarships awarded in her name are given to students demonstrating financial need majoring in nursing or a medical profession.
