The WVU at Parkersburg Foundation Inc. is announcing the awarding of more than $123,000 in scholarships for the 2008 academic year. The scholarships serve as merit-based aid for West Virginia University at Parkersburg students and are designed to recognize academic excellence among the college's current students.
