Gifts and donations are used in accordance with the donor's wishes for scholarships, educational equipment, needs of a specific department, general institutional support or for unrestricted needs as approved by the Board of Directors. The following are some of WVU Parkersburg's current needs:

Gifts to the Foundation can be made as memorials or in honor of a loved one. Donors can create a designated fund, contribute to an existing fund, establish an endowed fund or leave a bequest to the Foundation in their wills.
