TOPIC DECISION/STATUS

Paging System |
Connie Dziagwa discussed the new emergency paging system with CREW. The system is called the Bogen system. Call buttons are located in various locations in the building and when pressed are connected with the switchboard. The switchboard operator will respond to a speaker in the ceiling and call 911 if necessary. When the switchboard answers all others are locked out.
The system can broadcast information over campus, or selected areas/spaces. Safety codes are not in place.
Campus safety and the Night Dean monitor all rooms on campus.
