He has sent the update to Connie Dziagwa for review before being submitted. President Gnage noted that the final report will be sent to Planning Council. One community college was ranked as “excellent,” and most other community colleges in the state ranked as “fair.”
Safety Plan
President Gnage reported that a Safety Plan is being developed and she would encourage Planning Council and others to review the Plan and make suggestions on things that should be included such as disaster preparedness and pandemic preparedness plans.
Workplace Code of Conduct
President Gnage asked Council members to review a “Workplace Code of Conduct” and provide her with input. She will develop the final document to be included in the Answer Book but not as a policy. President Gnage also noted that the Answer Book needs to be reorganized into sections to differentiate between policy and other items. Planning Council also agreed that all handbooks will be included in the Answer Book.
