CHORALE CONCERT. The College Chorale of West Virginia
University at Parkersburg will present its Spring Concert: in time of daffodils,
on Sunday, May 6, at 3 pm in the College Theatre. The concert will include
selections by Morton Lauridsen, David Dickau and Beatle tunes arranged for The
King's Singers. The concert is FREE, and the public is invited.

RELAY FOR LIFE. Phi Theta
Kappa invites everyone on campus (and your friends) to join the West Virginia
University at Parkersburg Relay for Life Team. The Relay events will begin with
the opening ceremony at 7 pm on Friday, May 18 with closing ceremonies on

TUITION WAIVER.
Employees seeking to use the WVU Parkersburg Faculty and Staff Tuition Waiver
Program for themselves, a spouse, or dependent student, as defined in
BOG Policy B-55, must complete the
application form
and submit it to the Student Services Office (Room 1209) no later than 4 pm,
Tuesday, May 1 for the FALL 2012 Term. Please note that fees are NOT covered by
the tuition waiver, and students must meet the minimum standards for academic
progress to receive the waiver. A new application must be filed for each
semester, and only current students who have been accepted into a program will
be eligible. Please contact Abigail Bowers (ext. 209) with any questions or

The Library has added Education in Video to its database collection. This
contains over 1000 streaming videos presenting teaching demonstrations,
lectures, documentaries, and primary-source footage of students and teachers in
actual classrooms. Education in Video is available on and off campus. Please

DRIVER TRAINING.Per new WV State Travel Regulations, any employee wishing
to drive a state-owned or rental vehicle, and/or file for personal mileage
reimbursement must first complete a mandatory, state-approved Defensive Driving
