    Non-exempt staff, Mountaineer Temps, work study, and student workers:

    • Please continue to complete a time sheet for the Nov. 16th - 20th period.  You will be paid for those hours from that time sheet.  Submit it on or before Monday, Nov. 22nd, by 10 a.m.

    • Start clocking in Sunday, Nov 21st through http://myaccess.wvu.edu  Those hours will be submitted to the payroll office for payment electronically by your supervisor's approval.

    Non-Exempt Staff - Please continue to request your annual and sick leave in the old system.  Balances will be transferred on Nov. 21st to the new system minus any leave taken Nov. 16 - 20th.

    Exempt Staff Please continue to request your annual and sick leave in the old system through Nov. 20th.  Balances will be transferred on Nov. 21st.  Any leave and sick scheduled after the 20th will need to be scheduled through http://myaccess.wvu.edu.  This means if you scheduled days off in the old system to be taken after Nov. 20th, you will need to re-schedule in the new leave system and supervisors will need to approve in the new system.

    Supervisors - I will notify you of your date to submit time to me when it becomes available.  Remember, you may approve hours and leave daily.

    Please notify me of any corrections needed on your list of employees when we go live.  If you have too many or not enough, it is a problem and needs addressed immediately.
