auditions for the upcoming musical production of
"Walking Happy." Auditions are scheduled
this week and next (Dec. 1-4 and 8-11) from 10
am. to noon and 2 to 3 p.m. or by special
arrangement. Needed is a cast of more than

Campus-Wide
Paper Collection Dec. 9-10.
In
a campus-wide effort to reduce storage of
unneeded paperwork, containers
will be available on campus Dec. 9-10 to collect paper
to be shredded. This is an
opportunity for you to discard office
papers, files, etc. that you no longer need
to archive. Contact Dave White or Bob
Cooper and they will arrange for your
paper to be picked up. Twelve containers (which
can accommodate 1,000 lbs each)
will be located near the maintenance break
room in the lower level. The
paper will be removed from campus Dec. 11
and shredded. Questions? Contact
Dave White (ext. 225).

The Mid-Ohio Health Dept. will offer free H1N1 flu vaccines in the multi-purpose room from 2 to 7 p.m., Wednesday (Dec. 9th). The vaccines are for students, faculty and staff. For details, contact Pam Santer (ext. 205).

MyAccess.
New
option for updating your personal information: WVU has
announced the launch of
MyAccess. This is
another step toward self-service.
MyAccess is your
entry to a “wallet” of services designed just for you. MyHR is available in your wallet and will allow you to
update your personal information. There are other
applications in the wallet that you can use. As more
services become available, they will be added. Planned
are MyBenefits, MyTime, MyReports, and MyNotifications,
among others. Check
MyAccess
often as more services are added for your
convenience. (Submitted by Peggy
