Outstanding CC Contributor.  Debbie Richards, WVU Parkersburg’s special assistant to the president for policy and social justice, was recognized as an outstanding contributor to community college education at the annual conference of the West Virginia Community College Association held at Oglebay Resort and Conference Center in Wheeling Oct. 22-24.   Each of the state’s 10 community and technical colleges nominated an employee for outstanding  honors.  Shown at the award ceremonies are (left to right) Ted Spring, WVCCA outgoing president and president of West Virginia New River Community and Technical College; Jim Skidmore, chancellor, WV Council for Community and Technical College Education; Ms. Richards, and WVU Parkersburg President Marie Foster Gnage.
