Maintenance Department

Congratulations to the WVU at Parkersburg Maintenance Department. The Maintenance Department workers have been selected as Employee of the Month for January!

Following is an excerpt from the nominations that served as the basis for Maintenance Department selection as Employee of the Month:

 

“I would like to nominate the entire West Virginia University at Parkersburg Maintenance Department.  The men and women in this division have gone above and beyond the call of duty in the remodeling work they have completed on our campus.  Their hard work and dedication becomes apparent as soon as one pulls into the parking lots. 

 

The entire department continually makes it their mission to enhance the beauty of this campus. They work very hard every day and never complain.  They strive to please everyone in each and every office.

 

I feel the entire group deserves a standing ovation for all of the jobs that continue to be - very well done.”

The Employee of the Month program is sponsored by the WVU Parkersburg Staff Council.  Nominations may be submitted to Karen Branham in accordance with the guidelines established by Staff Council.
