Student Counseling.
The Dean of Students Office and Student
Services Division welcome Westbrook
Health Services to campus. Westbrook
will provide short-term, emergency,
and/or crisis counseling, consultations
and assessments to WVU-P students.
Westbrook will be available from 10 a.m.
to 2 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays in
room 1205. Students
must be screened by the Dean of
Students’ office before receiving
counseling. Contact

Technology Conference.
The WV Higher Education Technology
Conference will be held Sept. 29-Oct. 1
in Morgantown. Theme is
"Technology in Higher Education -
Challenges, Strategies, Innovations."
This new conference will bring together
state experts to connect, discuss, and
learn about the latest in technology and

Lower LTD rates.
The Standard Insurance Company's Long
Term Disability rates changed, effective
Feb. 1st. Employees enrolled in
Standard's plan should see a decrease of
between 3-5% when both the annuity and
the monthly income benefit are combined.

Medicare Part B and PEIA: What to do
when turning age 65? A common question
asked by older employees deals with what
to do if you reach age 65 and become
eligible for Medicare while still
working at WVU.

$5 each in the business office. Tickets

performance is at 8 p.m., Saturday. Mr.
Mannette will also present a free

WVU Parkersburg is premiering a new
video which is streamed from the college

Spring Musical.
The WVU Parkersburg Theatre Department
will present the musical “They’re
Playing Our Song” at 8 p.m., Feb. 15-16
and 2 p.m., Feb. 17 in the college
theatre. Admission is free. The
musical is under the direction of Jeff
Byrd; musical director is Dr. H.G.

Please ensure that when reservations are
verbally made with AVI catering services
that a requisition be prepared prior to
the event and given to Purchasing. A
copy of this requisition is forwarded to
AVI as a reminder that a catering is
scheduled as well as serves as the
funding document for the charges.
