HEARTFELT THANKS

 

Dear Friends and Colleagues at WVUP,

            I wish to express my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude toward the WVUP Foundation, the Staff Council, and the wonderful people that make this campus community so great. Your most generous support, thoughtful prayers, and kind words of encouragement have sustained me during this difficult time in my life.

            My husband, Ken, and I wanted to let all of you know that your deeply considerate contributions are being used to help us through the recovery and transition after the house fire. We could not be where we are today had it not been for the grace of God and the exceptional, warm-hearted way that all of you selflessly offered your time and assistance.  Because of your quick response, we were able to find a temporary place to live, to return to our jobs sooner, and to find strength to move forward with our lives.

            Again, we are blessed because of the tremendous character and generosity of the campus community; thank you so much for being there for us and for being so wonderful!
