The Business and Economics Division is on the move with programs to meet the needs of future leaders in business and not-for-profit organizations, providing a sound foundation for career development and success. The division offers dynamic undergraduate programs in business administration and business technology, with many new on-line courses and technology-related themes. Our courses are taught by an excellent faculty with outstanding knowledge and credentials.

We seek to provide the best education to our community by making it accessible, affordable and convenient. The Division’s faculty is active in business/public policy development, consulting, research, and community service. Graduates can be found in many leadership positions in our community: banking, small and large businesses, federal and state positions and public service.

Individuals interested in careers in private industry and small business can pursue degree programs with specialized concentrations available in accounting, business technology, computer information systems, data processing, and general business. Those interested in the fields of modern office management and health care office service will find excellent degree or certificate programs.

The Division offers specialized courses in cooperation with the Business, Industry and Development Services in real estate, economics development, purchasing and logistics, small business management, and financial planning. Businesses are seeking our assistance to provide on-site training and on-campus refresher courses.
