West Virginia University at Parkersburg has two clubs for criminal justice students:

Criminal Justice Organization

Delta Iota Omega (Criminal Justice Honor Society)





Criminal Justice Organization

The Criminal Justice Organization (CJO) is a community service organization. In 2011, CJO members donated more than 4,000 hours back to their community. The organization does many wonderful projects such as "Shop with a CJ Student" where they take children Christmas shopping. The members also take an annual trip to visit law enforcement agencies. Past trips include visits to the FBI, Prince William Police Department and many more.

Delta Iota Omega
Local Chapter of the American Criminal Justice Association

Delta Iota Omega is the National Honor Society for Criminal Justice. Members must maintain a 3.0 to be a member of this club. Members compete in local, regional and national competitions in such events as firearms, crime scene investigations, knowledge tests and physical agility courses. This club is very active in academics and competitions.
