Louis C. Roy
Coordinator, Criminal Justice Program



A native of West Virginia, born and raised in Tucker County, Roy joined the U.S. Marines after high school and served for six years. He has worked in law enforcement for more than 22 years and has taught at various law enforcement academies in Virginia. He has worked as a police officer, criminal investigator, sergeant, lieutenant and captain. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from Mountain State University and has served as the Criminal Justice program coordinator at WVU Parkersburg since 2009.
